We hope your June has been as pleasant for you as it has been for us.    While it may seem relatively quiet on the surface, we’ve been busy at work behind the scenes on MetaMask the wallet, MetaMask Portfolio, and MetaMask Learn! Stay tuned for some exciting updates in July.    Okay fine, we can’t wait till then so here’s one for you: MetaMask Extension just got an updated UX to make network, dapp, and account selection easier! If you want to hop around other chains with your new funds, we expanded our bridging routes in MetaMask Portfolio to include Connext. ​​You’ll see Connext quotes for bridge requests across ETH Mainnet, Polygon, BNB Chain, Optimism, and Arbitrum. What’s New in MetaMask   MetaMask Extension’s updated UX elevates network, dapp, and account selection You'll notice a crisper layout when you first open the fox head on your browser. The two top rows which previously displayed wallet address, connection status, network selection, and account selection have now been condensed into a single top row, minimizing visual noise and giving you everything you need at a quick glance.   MetaMask Bridge integrates Connext routes You’ll see Connext quotes for bridge requests across ETH Mainnet, Polygon, BNB Chain, Optimism, and Arbitrum. You can start bridging at portfolio.metamask.io/bridge, or by clicking the bridge button in the MetaMask extension! Ours was peppered with MetaMask Portfolio updates and learning from an ever-evolving ecosystem, as always.    MetaMask Portfolio’s new update allows you to stake AND withdraw ETH directly from our liquid staking providers, Rocket Pool and Lido. If you need a full walkthrough of the process, we got you covered here, and remember, staking is a public good that helps secure a blockchain network. If you’re still unfamiliar with the topic of staking, it’s never too late to learn.   Our other fun update involves viewing your POAPs in your dashboard! Now you can see all those shiny badges you’ve collected, whether through events, voting proposals, memberships, and more.
